Lullaby For Pi released today is a French/Canadian co-production with an international cast, a gorgeous jazz soundrack and a timeless love story. Starring French cinema darling Clémence Poésy, with Rupert Friend (Homeland), Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead, Prison Break) and Oscar winner Forest Whitaker.

My French Film Festival Picks – Week 3: French Blood

French Blood isn’t an easy film to watch. But that is all the more reason to watch it. Hailed by Screen as “As a rare attempt to address an enduring strain of xenophobic thought in French society… this compact, unsettling tale deserves to be seen beyond local borders” and thanks to #MyFFF and UMW it now has that chance.
