Our November Favorites on TV5MONDE Cinema On Demand

On this month's TV5MONDE on Demand program, we have the excellent medical trilogy of the former doctor turned director Thomas Lilti, and the agonizing psychological thriller with Karin Viard, Chanson Douce.

Antoine is starting his third first year of medical school, and Benjamin is just out of high school. This unlikely pair teams up to try and balance the daily hardships of medical school  with their hopes for the future.

Quand je ne dors pas

An original stroll in the streets of Paris, illuminated by a magnificent black and white film. We let ourselves be carried away by nightly whimsies of the main character.

Twenty-year-old Antoine becomes fixated on taking the first train out of Paris bound for the sea, but he doesn’t have enough money. Rather than sleeping, Antoine decides to spend  the night gathering the necessary funds.
